Valery is passionate about enabling students to realise their full academic potential and approach their studies with confidence and clarity. She aims to create a personalised and engaging learning environment tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each individual student.
Valery begins by working with the student to identify their strengths and areas for growth, setting clear and focused goals from which to build. She provides consistent and constructive feedback to ensure that every piece of work becomes an opportunity for meaningful improvement.
She strives to develop each student's ability to think critically, communicate effectively and engage confidently with any question or challenge placed before them. Valery aims to motivate students to take ownership of their learning, build a genuine understanding of the concepts they encounter, and develop the skills and commitment needed for continued academic success.
Valery grew up in Ryde, Sydney, attending North Sydney Girls High School from years 7 to 12, where she developed a broad interest in numerous subjects. Valery is currently studying a combined degree of Commerce and Law at the University of Sydney. Beyond her academics, Valery enjoys a wide variety of interests, including playing the cello and piano as well as training consistently in taekwondo.
