Emily is a highly qualified tutor dedicated to the refinement of students’ skills and helping to enhance potential. She has a wealth of experience in tutoring with a specialisation in delivering key exam technique skills. Emily placed 3$^\text{rd}$ in NSW for Economics and is currently studying Economics and English at The University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom. She is well known for her supportive approach to students and her deep calibre if understanding in a wide array of subjects.

Emily is driven by the ability to enhance and improve the academic potential of all students. She is passionate about sharing the joy and rewards of truly refining the strengths and weaknesses of students capabilities. Emily takes a personalised approach to each individual student in order to maximise results and cater to the different learning style of each student.
Emily will begin by understanding the most prominent areas of refinement for a student and works progressively to distill confidence in the student by working on any weaker areas. She provides highly extensive feedback which encourages the students to maximise the possibilities of truly clarifying their writing style or inherent work ethic.
Emily focuses on teaching students in a manner which fosters an inquisitive nature and actively encourages the student to not only improve at a subject but come to enjoy it. Emily is passionate about building the academic potential of each student and strongly believes tutoring works best if it remains malleable to the individual student.
Emily grew up in Bellevue Hill, Sydney, attending St Catherine’s School from Kindergarten to Year 12. She is currently studying a Master of Arts (Honours) in Economics and English at St Andrews University in the United Kingdom.
Despite English being her strongest subject through school, Emily has grown a strong passion for Economics that has fuelled her desire to become an Economist in future. Emily hopes to conclude her studies with a PHD from Oxford University upon the graduation from St Andrews.
In addition to tutoring, Emily is undergoing an anatomy and pilates training course to become a pilates instructor in future. She enjoys reading fiction (with a current love for R.F. Kuang’s “Babel”) and holds a strong passion for spending time with family.
